Privacy policy

Brighthand (the Netherlands) keeps this simple: the only personal data collected on this site is your name and email address, and only when you voluntarily submit them through the booking form or the leadership-assessment quiz.

That data is used for one purpose: to schedule and follow up on an intro call. The legal basis is the performance of, or steps taken prior to, an agreement at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Requests are stored with the hosting provider that runs this site's database and backend (Supabase Inc., with data hosted in the EU), and a notification email is sent through the email provider Resend, Inc. These are the only two processors involved. Your data is not sold and is not shared with any other third party.

No tracking or advertising cookies are used on the public site. Visits are counted anonymously (page path, referring site and timestamp only) so I can see which articles are read; this cannot be traced back to you. The admin login uses your browser's local storage solely to keep an authenticated admin session active.

Requests are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion — whichever comes first.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to its processing. Email execute@brighthand.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
